The Trial Attorneys at Rob Wiley, P.C. believe that we as plaintiffs’ employment lawyers must refine how we practice law.

The Winners’ Rules Project, which began over the summer of 2013, comprises hundreds of rules pulled from recent cases in Texas and federal courts within the fifth circuit in which employees overcame summary judgment in suits against employers. The purpose of the project was to find rules that counter the rules often cited by the defense, and to provide a framework for plaintiff’s employment lawyers with which to win cases for their clients. The attorneys and staff at Rob Wiley, P.C. compile and update Winners’ Rules each year as a resource for attorneys who seek to win discrimination cases in the Fifth Circuit.
